Panel C RW-GG Air in mineral wool is a ventilated curved metal panel with variable radius.
In the “AIR” version, only the waves on the extremities of the panel contain rock wool; the remaining waves constitute air chambers in semi-ventilation regime.
It is composed of two H27 profiled corrugated sheets, made of Sendzimir galvanized steel, having a thickness from 0.5 to 0.8 mm according to request or availability, pre-painted Std or Pvdf.
The insulating layer interposed between the two sheets is made of panels in high-density mineral wool, water-repellent, treated with thermosetting resin based on vegetal organic components, with a fire-reaction classification of 0-0, with thickness from 40 to 140 mm.
Mineral wool is a natural material and apart from having an excellent thermal insulation capacity, rock wool is also a good sound-absorbing material. The rock wool does not absorb water or moisture, and has an excellent reaction to fire, too.
Panel C is a PATENTED product that is 100% guaranteed against water infiltration and condensation.
